Hi Vida!!
Thank you for your comment on our blog! I was thrilled to get your blog address through it! Now I've been looking at yours, and it's been so neat to see you and your family! I can't believe this portrait of the Gerbers! They are family friends, and I am sure this portrait will be something they always treasure!
I'll enjoy keeping up with you now on your blog! =)

Dear Christy,

Thank you for your kind comments! I especially appreciate your prayers for Kenny. Thank you for your faithfulness in holding him before the throne of grace.

You need to post some pictures of Natty with her violin on your blog! I know these first few years of beginning violin are challenging (to say the least), but I sure would love to see and hear her play.

May God continue to give you and Andrew wisdom and grace in raising your precious girls for the Lord this coming new year.

With Love,
Vida

I just finished updating my blog post and clicked over to see that you have been working on yours as well. How BEAUTIFUL the portrait looks! I'm so glad you posted a picture of it. Beautiful to me is not even the right word to describe it...breathtaking! I heard so much about the working stages of it that to see it in the final form was a blessing.

I've never seen Mr. Gerber, so I was glad to finally have a face for the name of this kind man. The best is seeing Kenny's picture and knowing that you heard from him on Christmas Eve. We prayed especially on Christmas Day for Kenny that the Lord would bless him abundantly and remind him that the Lord our God is ALWAYS with him.

Tell little Sarah that I will show Natty her picture playing the violin. I've got a LONG way to go with my Natty girl. These beginning stages can be very tedious. It will be well worth it the farther we go along.

Have a Most Wonderful New Year.

Love you Lots,
Christy
